Its tubular positive plates, crafted from tin-calcium alloy, offer exceptional cycling even in partial discharge scenarios, complemented by the gel-structured electrolyte immobilized with imported silica. This design ensures stability, lower internal resistance, and no stratification. With the ability to be installed vertically or horizontally, the battery showcases remarkable longevity. Its positive plate features a tubular type with a die-casting thick Pb-Ca grid, providing excellent corrosion resistance and a prolonged service life. The negative plate’s radial grid design ensures efficient high-rate discharge performance. The separator, composed of PVC-SiO, boasts low internal resistance, high pore rate, and an extended lifespan. The flooded electrolyte design contains ample electrolyte between plates and separators, delivering good heating capacity and safeguarding against “thermal runaway.” The battery case, constructed from robust ABS material, is equipped with safety valves featuring double flame arresters and acid filters, ensuring both sensitivity and reliability.
